About Shea

Shea has been in the fitness industry since 2015 and also started power lifting training 2014.
He started off working in a commercial gym until deciding to open his own business. Being a power lifter, his goal was to help people learn more about strength training and focus around the 3 main lifts; squat, bench press and deadlifts.

Shea’s first competition was in 2016, and since has competed in multiple power lifting competitions. From these he has walked away with two 1st place, two 2nd place and two 3rd place prizes. Over the years of training, he has increased his weights for an impressive total of 655 kg this is with a 230 kg squat, 155 kg bench press and a massive 270 kg deadlift.

Since becoming a personal trainer he has also continued his studying to become qualified in;
- Diploma level Personal Trainer
- Strength coach
- Boxing (for fitness) coach
- Kettle bell course
Currently studying a Bachelor in Exercise Science.

 

About Daina

Daina has been in the fitness industry since 2016.

She didn’t start off working anywhere else, just jumped straight into running the business with Shea. Although she does strength training herself, she enjoys running group sessions which focus a lot more on high intensity training to help with weight loss.

Daina started power lifting training at the start of 2017 and had her first competition at the end of that year. Over the 2 years of training she has increased her weights to a decent total of 225.5 kg with a 90 kg squat, 52.5 kg bench press and 83 kg deadlift.

Since becoming a personal trainer she has also continued her studying to become qualified in;
- Strength coach
- Boxing (for fitness) coach
- Pre and post-natal fitness
- Diploma in Weight Management
